RÉSUMÉ WRITING WORKSHOP
All BYFA Fellows
Spring 2017, Johns Hopkins Homewood
An effective résumé and cover letter are essential tools in any job search. In this workshop, fellows will learn to create, polish, and update their résumés and cover letters. With the guidance of a career specialist, they'll identify and feature skills acquired in BYFA film, photography, and storytelling workshops, and learn to showcase their accomplishments for maximum effect. Each fellow will be provided with an individualized template and guidelines for completing a résumé that frames their professional identity.
Precious Blake is a community arts organizer and illustrator. She received her BFA in Illustration with a concentration in Printmaking from MICA. She is dedicated to serving underrepresented artists in Baltimore through community programming, event organizing, and advocating for equitable access to arts education.
